1. Helps remove pimples
Aloe Vera contains salicylic acid and other antiseptic compounds that kill acne-causing bacteria. For her part, said Dr. Francesca Fusco, MD, a dermatologist in New York City. This makes it a great natural acne treatment and skin cleanser.
