Marriage is the only means of forming a family and it is the legitimate relationship between a man and a woman.
What are the criteria for choosing a life partner in Islam?
The first thing that great Islam called for in forming the marriage relationship is the good choice of husband and wife. Because this aspect has a great impact and great danger on their marital life later, and on the future of the children, the family, and society.
First: Choosing a wife: A man should choose someone who guarantees his happiness in this world and the hereafter. It is desirable to choose a religious woman of noble origin and a healthy family environment. Imam Al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, said: (If a man marries a woman for her money Or her beauty he will not find that, If he marries her for her religion, Allah Almighty will grant him her beauty and wealth.)
Second: When choosing a husband: because he is the wife’s life partner, and he is responsible for her and for raising the children and preparing her psychologically and spiritually, and he is responsible for providing the family’s material and moral needs, and therefore the Holy Sharia has emphasized that he should be the husband Satisfactory in his character and religion.

If these problems occur one day – may Allah forbid - we must know that there are dialogue skills to solve them, including:
1- Choosing the appropriate time: One of the things that helps contain problems is choosing the appropriate time to speak about problems.
2- Start with (I). When one of the spouses talks to the other and confronts him with the problem, his conversation should not start with the word (You), but rather he should start with the word (I).
3- Focus on the topic: When discussing a problem or wrong behavior, the spouses must focus on the topic they wanted to talk about, and not distract their minds into other situations or open old files.
Every problem that occurs to a person must carry with it a solution. Everything in this life can be a source of happiness if we look at it as a source of happiness.
