The theory of preparing the good citizen
Most human systems and many of the rulers and men of this era make the preparation of a good citizen a goal of education, and they try to reconcile the rights of the individual with his social duties, and find a balance between them, as well as reconciling between (self-growth) and happiness or social well-being.
If this theory is acceptable within the borders of a single country, it is not acceptable on the level of humanity. Because a good citizen may treat the people of his country with respect and appreciation, and preserve their rights and preserve their dignity, but he may despise the people of other countries and rob them of their money, therefore the European affected by this theory respects his countrymen, and treats them with humanity in which justice and equality are achieved, but when he goes to Asia, Africa and Latin America He becomes like a predatory beast, enslaving people, humiliating them, plundering their wealth, and wreaking havoc on the earth, and in this he does not exceed the goal set for him.
