Make them remember you well. Offer them what you can offer. Gather them and talk to them. Please their feelings. Smile in their faces. Be gentle with them while maintaining your administrative personality. Seek inspiration from bees and ants in their work. You can hardly distinguish one individual from another. Everyone works as one cell, each one of them in his mission.
